Donation FAQs
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! VEFS Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. You'll receive an 80G certificate for tax exemption. Donations are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Indian tax laws.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely through certified payment processors.
Can I set up a monthly recurring donation?
Yes! Select "Monthly Recurring" when choosing your donation type. You can cancel or modify your recurring donation anytime by contacting us at donations@vefs.org.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfers. International donors can use credit cards.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, you'll receive an instant email receipt after your donation, along with your 80G certificate for tax purposes. You can also download receipts from your donor account anytime.
Can I donate on behalf of someone else?
Yes! You can make a donation in honor or memory of someone. Simply mention this in the organization field or contact us to arrange a personalized acknowledgment.
